Welcome to Dockase ("we," "us," terms "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or software platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, strictly do not use our Services.

2. Use of AI Services

Our Services perform legal research and drafting using Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• No Attorney-Client Relationship: Dockase is a tool for legal professionals, not a law firm. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
• Verification Required: AI output can contain errors ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying all citations, statutes, and legal deliverables generated by the platform.
• Professional Judgment: The Services are intended to assist, not replace, the professional judgment of a qualified legal practitioner.

3. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are processed at our sole discretion, typically only for technical failures of the Service.

4. Data Privacy & Sovereignty

We respect the sovereignty of your data. Our use of your personal and client data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dockase Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria.
